At the Quinta da Oliveira, we produce high quality biologique olive oil. Based in Estoi, Portugal, our Olive Oil thrives in the Mediterranean climate of the Algarve region. Our Olive Oil comes from two different varietals, resulting in a unique robust flavour. The olives are hand picked, taken directly for pressing and stored in stainless steel vats until the olive oil is ready for bottling. The result is an elegant product of the highest quality.

Our 100% biologique olive oil comes from two varietals: Galega and Massanhila. Our elegant olive oil is  devoid of chemicals and is handpicked and pressed within 24 hours ensuring the highest quality virgin olive oil in the market.

Our Beginning

Quinta da Oliveira started twenty-three years ago with almond, carob, medronheiro trees and a few olive trees approximately five-hundred years of age. Two years later, sixty-five aged olive trees were introduced. Twelve years later one-thousand-five-hundred olive trees were added to expand the olive oil business. From the day Quinta da Oliveira started, no chemicals have been introduced to the olive trees. Quinta da Oliveira grows Galega and Massanhila 100% biologique olive trees. Every olive is picked by hand and immediately, within twenty-four hours, undergoes processing. During bottling there is no filtration in the processing of the olive oil. Our elegant olive oil has been given a high rating of extra virgin. This is how, at the Quinta da Oliveira, we produce elegant 100% biologique, olive oil, carob, almonds and medronhos.

The Quinta da Oliveira is located in the quaint town of Estoi, Portugal. Estoi, with its mediterranean ecosystem, provides for the finest quality of olives and other more exotic foods. Located off the coast of the Atlantic ocean, Estoi has a hilly landscape and in the goldilocks zone for fine and elegant olive oil.
